• Execute promotions and strategies to increase customer purchases, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to support staff
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and mandatory health codes
• Ensure high-quality products are made with consistency and efficiency
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
• Propose innovative ideas to increase sales and efficiency
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Additional store manager duties as needed

• Proven leadership experience
• Understanding of retail operations
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Some college or business training preferred

• Must be able to lift and move 50 pound objects
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
