• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, docks, yards, and other operational spaces.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building perimeter, parking areas, trailer yards, and access points, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, and delivery records, report unusual activity, and support day‑to‑day security‑related operations tied to high‑volume distribution activity.

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
