Lee Company offers comprehensive HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and preventative maintenance services for commercial facilities across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. We are looking for an experienced Commercial Plumbing Service Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
- Install and repair plumbing fixtures.
- Work with a variety of plumbing materials.
- Communicate directly and proactively with customers at all times.
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, including new installations and service.
- Knowledge of complete plumbing systems.
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
- Plumbing license (a plus).
- Certification in PVC/HDPE fusion pipe welding (a plus).
- Advanced diagnosis, service and repair of all types of water heaters and boilers.
- Advanced pump/lift station diagnosis, service and repair.
- Backflow certification.
- Ability to freeze live water lines.
- Ability to perform hot taps on energized piping and equipment.
- Advanced drain camera recording and locating underground lines.
- Advanced electrical knowledge.
- Complete knowledge of plumbing drainage, waste and venting systems.
- Advanced drain cleaning with cable machines and hydro jet equipment.
- Complete knowledge of plumbing pipe and fittings (steel, ductile iron, copper, PEX, PVC).
- Advanced plumbing fixture and equipment installation.
- Complete knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to read blueprints.
