Carpenter/ Concrete Carpenter
A commercial carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures in non-residential buildings such as offices, hospitals, and retail spaces. This role demands the ability to read blueprints, install metal framing, hang commercial doors, build concrete forms, and finish interiors. Physical stamina and strict adherence to safety regulations are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures in non-residential buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
- Install metal framing and commercial doors in compliance with project specifications.
- Build and assemble concrete forms for construction projects.

This is a Permanent position based out of Nicholasville, KY.
The pay range for this position is $47850.00 - $62400.00/yr.
