PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Kentucky to maintain the physical integrity of the community and prepare apartments for new residents.
You will perform general maintenance and respond to work orders, with training available for HVAC and other systems as needed. Candidates should have handyman experience and a valid driver’s license; on-call rotation may be required.
