Service Technician - Roofing & General Construction

Job Description

We are looking to fill a position to assist in roofing, siding, gutter, windows and door repairs/ installations, and other exterior related work. This is a mid-level position, and relevant experience is required. We are connected and committed to servicing several property management companies in Central Ohio, new construction projects and residential clientele. This is a W-2 employee opportunity which includes workers compensation;

not sub-contractor work. Major tools, company vehicle and ladders are provided.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience with common roof systems, siding, gutter, windows, and doors repairs/ installations
• Construction experience preferred
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Must possess knowledge of basic tools
• Valid driver's license,
• Clean driving record and
• Reliable transportation to work
• Bilingual/ Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
