Experienced Carpenters Wanted | Dream Decks
We’re looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in their work and want to grow into leadership roles within a professional, fast-moving crew.
What You’ll Do
- Build high-quality decks and outdoor living structures
- Work closely with a team to execute detailed designs
- Maintain clean, precise job sites and uphold build standards
- Contribute to projects that prioritize craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of carpentry or construction experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently with a crew
- Interest in growing into a leadership role
Pay & Benefits
- $25 to $40 per hour, based on experience
- Bi-yearly raises based on performance
- 401k plan
- Year-round work and job stability
