Senior Software Engineer – Infrastructure as Code, IaC

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions using code-driven approaches
• Focuses on infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational automation
• Enables consistent, scalable, and reliable environments across the enterprise
• Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms
• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs
• Writes code, tests and deploys software
• Prepares technical and procedural documentation required for software
• Maintains and debugs software
• Assesses and effectively manages all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and practices
• Strong Terraform experience for infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management
• Automation engineering experience using Ansible
• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
• Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
