Vehicle Operator - No CDL

Pay: $20.00 per hour with annual merit‑based raises. Candidates with transit or passenger transportation experience and proof of employment within the last 10 years may earn up to $24.60 per hour. Benefits include a 14% retirement match, full medical, dental and vision coverage, short‑term disability, life insurance, and up to 29 paid days off in the first year for full‑time employees.

Work locations:
Hamilton, Middletown, or Oxford.

Hours:

35 to 40+ per week with paid training. Service runs 23 hours a day, Monday through Sunday with a flexible schedule.

CDL training may be provided.

• Safely operate the vehicle without distractions.
• Provide excellent care for passengers.
• Work independently without a supervisor present.
• Follow directions and enforce rules.
• Navigate Butler County with the help of GPS.

• Be willing to learn and use technology such as tablets and apps.
• Be punctual.
• Pass a DOT drug screen and physical exam.
• Pass a state and national background check.
• Maintain a clean driving record (less than 4 points).
