- Safely operate a sit‑down electric forklift
- Supply production lines with raw materials to meet production demands
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Perform lot tracking for incoming materials and packaging components
- Pick, stage, and organize finished goods for shipment
- Properly label and mark raw materials
- Remove waste from production lines
- Use RF scan gun technology to scan and track inventory in the system
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time
- Operate a sit‑down electric forklift (
certification provided on Day 1) - Learn to use additional warehouse equipment, including:
- Hand jacks, drum dollies, clamp trucks
- Scissor lifts, powered hoists, floor scrubbers
- Safety cage setups
- Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read pick lists and use an electronic inventory system
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions from multiple team members
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team‑first mindset with a willingness to help where needed
- Safety‑focused approach to all tasks
- Ability to stay organized and multitask effectively
