General Warehouse Laborer $17+​/hr

Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a General Warehouse Laborer to fill a 1st shift opening in Clermont County for a growing local company. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and being part of a hardworking team. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required for motivated candidates.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips
• Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves or storage locations
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Assist with additional warehouse and production duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math and reading skills
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Pay:
Starting at $17+/hr (Based on Experience, Benefit Package Available)
