Summary/Objective
The warehouse associate plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts can be located and distributed to proper storage areas in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Must be able to read and interpret measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, gauges, and calipers, or willing to learn.
Work EnvironmentThis position works in a non-air conditioned warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, and standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.
Physical Demands- Ability to work in a warehouse and distribution center environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the warehouse to monitor operations, supervise staff, and inspect inventory
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing administrative tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and planning
- Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach as needed to observe processes, review inventory, and address operational issues
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment, typically up to 25–50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to safely navigate warehouse aisles and operational areas where forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment are in use
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders as required to access storage areas or equipment
- Manual dexterity to use computers, handheld devices, radios, and standard office equipment
- Visual and auditory ability to monitor warehouse activities, read labels and documentation, and communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes, high-visibility vests, and hearing protection
This is a full-time hourly position.
- Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am
-5:00 pm. - Work is onsite only. Position is not able to be completed remotely.
