- Monitor order queues and workflow, prioritize work, and help resolve bottlenecks that may impact order turnaround.
- Review and assist with resolving order discrepancies, exceptions, missing information, and other issues that may prevent an order from moving forward.
- Ensure reconciliation activities are completed in accordance with applicable SOPs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Company policies.
- Provide real-time guidance and support to team members and reinforce accuracy, productivity, quality, and compliance expectations.
- Communicate order exceptions, workflow concerns, operational issues, and team performance to the department manager and appropriate stakeholders.
- Partner with Shipping, Pharmacy, Customer Service, and other teams as needed to resolve order issues and support timely fulfillment.
- Ensure effective communication and handoffs between teams and shifts to maintain operational continuity.
- Perform hands-on order reconciliation responsibilities as needed to support daily operations.
- Assist with training and onboarding new team members and reinforce established procedures and expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and an organized, audit-ready work environment.
- Identify and escalate operational, quality, compliance, or personnel concerns in a timely manner.
