In deze rol adviseer je over diverse HR-thema's, vertaal je strategische doelstellingen naar praktische acties en werk je aan de optimalisatie van HR-processen. Je hebt een HBO werk- en denkniveau, sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden, en je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels.
Een proactieve, hands-on houding en de motivatie om HR-processen te verbeteren zijn essentieel. Dit is een veelzijdige rol met veel verantwoordelijkheden.
