The Commercial Services Inside Sales Representative supports all aspects of the Reflective Solutions and Digital Inks businesses by providing outstanding, extraordinary customer service to customers at all levels. This dynamic and progressive role will promote our brand, form relationships, lead assigned accounts, back‑up team members, and chip in to our customers’ success, as well as that of our team and company.

This position can be remote so long as candidates are comfortable with up to 20% travel to Niles, IL.

- Order processing ensuring pricing integrity; follow‑up on deliveries and complete order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner providing information on products, services, and more.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment with minimal direction using policies, procedures, and matrices.
- Coordinate customer feedback with claims, quality, research and development, and technical services teams ensuring appropriate investigation and resolution.
- Initiate and implement initiatives that improve the customer experience.
- Manage prospective and established account activities, including but not limited to calls, claims, and research, as assigned by the customer service manager and/or regional sales leadership team.
- Function as a liaison between customer and internal team members and/or third‑party partners at all levels.
- Be a champion for the customer and collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Provide a positive customer experience that will promote and develop future business through courteous, accurate and timely responses to inquiries; initiating proactive measures as appropriate.
- Function as back‑up support to other commercial services team members, including customer service, technical services, and bid coordination, as required.
- Maintain customer‑related data in appropriate systems and software, reporting as required.
- High school diploma
- 5+ years of customer service including 2+ years inside sales experience
- Self‑motivated to achieve desired goals and objectives
- Team‑oriented and have the ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills
- Excellent phone and cold‑calling skills
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
