• Provide a wide range of hair and beauty services to clients, including haircuts, hair styling, coloring.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and techniques in cosmetology to ensure high-quality service.
• Sanitize and maintain all tools and equipment used during services.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations.
• Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Mentor junior cosmetologists and assist with their professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station.

• Valid cosmetology license in IL.
• Proven experience as a cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of satisfied clients.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and updos.
• Knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other salon professionals.
• Strong retail sales skills to promote salon products.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
