Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In collaboration with supervising Physical Therapists, you will provide evidence-based interventions, assist with treatment planning, and deliver one-on-one therapy focused on safety, mobility, and functional independence. You’ll document progress, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to an interdisciplinary care team.
