, where you'll play a key role in shaping product success across its entire lifecycle. In this role, you'll transform product data into actionable insights, ensure data integrity, and analyze performance to drive strategic decisions and optimize portfolio outcomes.
You’ll be at the forefront of process innovation-supporting the transition to S4/HANA SAP and implementing cutting‑edge Product Information Systems—while collaborating across teams to enhance efficiency and deliver measurable impact. This position will be hybrid, based out of our Niles, IL HQ!
Responsibilities- Support Data Governance and Quality:
Assist product data stewards and governance teams with defining standards, maintaining quality rules, monitoring KPIs, addressing issues, and communicating processes and requirements to stakeholders. - Support Product Data Validation and Cleansing:
Assist with data migration preparation, remediation, testing, and verifying transfers into SAP S4/HANA. - Enable Tools & Systems:
Provide support and training for new analytics systems and tools within the GPM organization. Collaborate with IT and product teams to configure or enhance systems and facilitate communication between functional areas for Shure's product data domain processes. - Support Process Design Optimization:
Review Product Lifecycle and Data processes to identify and implement improvements, including new corporate initiatives. Build and manage cross‑functional workflows to platform automated data entry, updates, and synchronization across systems. - Collect, analyze, and interpret product performance data across various lifecycle stages.
- Populate input documents for New Product Introduction and Discontinue Product Notices and understand related workflows and deliverables.
- Write detailed functional requirements for Life Cycle Management/Maintenance of Line teams, ensuring clarity on success measures.
- Represent Global Marketing and Sales in LCM/MOL projects as the "voice of the customer," ensuring positive end‑user value propositions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related technical field
- 0–2 years of experience in product analysis, lifecycle management, data analysis, data governance, or related roles
- Proficiency in developing, maintaining, and managing Tableau‑driven dashboards & analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture
- Self‑motivated and delivers results working independently
- Experience working using Agile methodology is preferred
- Familiarity with JIRA and JQL preferred
- High proficiency in Excel and other analytical/reporting tools
- Experience using SAP S4/HANA, Material Master Data preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to review, interpret and present data concisely
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to comprehend and execute business priorities
- Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
- Able to participate in cross‑functional teams
- Audio background is preferred
