Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay: $169,000(minimum) - $203,000(midpoint) - $237,000(maximum)

Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the business segment’s goals, ensuring efficient integration of procurement, production, and distribution processes.

Operational Oversight:
Manage daily supply chain operations, including inventory management, logistics, and demand forecasting, to maintain optimal performance and meet service level agreements.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and enhances overall team productivity.

Supplier and Partner Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners, negotiating contracts, ensuring quality standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:
Monitor supply chain performance metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and support the business segment’s objectives.
