Core Responsibilities- Utilize reach trucks to transport and position materials across the facility safely.
- Ensure precision when selecting and moving individual pallets and cases.
- Manage the loading, unloading, and systematic arrangement of stock in assigned areas.
- Assist production and warehouse teams to ensure operational efficiency.
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by adhering to all food and warehouse safety protocols.
- Keep the workspace tidy, orderly, and hazard‑free.
- At least 24 months of professional experience operating reach trucks.
- A proven track record of dependability and steady employment.
- Willingness to perform duties within a refrigerated climate.
- Physical capacity to lift and handle cases up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to maintain a consistent 1st shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- High level of focus on maintaining safety standards and operational accuracy.
- Hourly wage ranging from $22 to $23.
