Estimated annual base pay:  $143,000 (minimum) - $179,000 (midpoint) - $215,000 (maximum)

* Key Responsibilities:

* ** Project Management:
** Lead high-complexity, high-risk programs and manage CAT 3 projects, ensuring deliverables meet contractual and business objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction and QDRC standards.
* ** Team Leadership:
** Build, develop, and maintain a skilled team, including Program Managers and Project Coordinators. Champion continuous improvement and mentor junior program managers.
* ** Resource Allocation:
** Prioritize programs and resources, assess workload complexity, recommend allocations, and ensure teams are appropriately staffed to meet objectives.
* ** Governance and Oversight:
** Establish and manage project/program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
* ** Project Life Cycle:
** Ensure full and appropriate use of processes such as Product Life Cycle (PLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Parts Transition Process.
* ** Customer Engagement:
** Act as the primary customer contact, resolve cross-functional issues, and present project status to executives and stakeholders.
* ** Risk and Change Management:
** Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while championing change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during program execution.
* ** Financial and Resource Management:
** Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure cost efficiency and maximize return on investment (ROI).
* ** Strategic Initiatives:
** Drive process improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.) and align programs with long-term business goals.

** Work closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and other teams to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and supplier evaluations.
