Water/Fire Mitigation Project Manager
Servpro of Morton Grove/East Niles is hiring for a full‑time Water/Fire Mitigation Project Manager in Niles, IL. The role involves managing emergency restoration projects for commercial and residential properties, including water extraction, drying, cleaning, light demolition, and coordinating with homeowners, claims representatives, and crews.
Compensation and Benefits- $22.00 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience

- Oversee company processes related to customers and ensure customer needs are met
- Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following company production guidelines
- Manage job file documentation, profitability, and efficiencies
- Create or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
- Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff are ready to perform the job efficiently
- Perform basic mitigation duties when needed
- Effective written and oral communication
- Valid driver's license
- Intermediate math skills
- Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- IICRC certifications required
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces
- Ability to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out‑of‑state when necessary
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screen
- Relevant: 1–3 years in Water/Fire Restoration
- Project Management: 1 year in Water/Fire Restoration
