We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join our client’s growing team in Niles, Illinois. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and personalized attention. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in home settings
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques
• Monitor and record patient progress, reporting any changes to the care team
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, policies, and documentation requirements

• Monday through Friday, day shift
• 1 weekend per month, 2–3 on-call days per month, and 2 holidays per year
• This is a Pay Per Visit position

• Local travel within the Niles area (travel reimbursement provided)

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Current BLS or ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
