* What you will do:
*
* · Provide
** clinical triage
** for patients with complex family planning needs, including complex contraception and patients considering or seeking pregnancy termination.
· Obtain and assess relevant medical, surgical, obstetric, gynecologic, medication, and reproductive health histories to determine appropriate clinical disposition.
· Provide patient-centered education regarding contraceptive options, pregnancy options, procedures, medications, testing and follow-up.
· Provide compassionate, nonjudgmental nursing support to patients considering or seeking pregnancy termination, including assessment, coordination of care, pre-procedure and post-procedure support, and follow-up as appropriate.
· Recognize potential complications and facilitate timely clinical evaluation and intervention.
· Coordinate appointments, laboratory testing, imaging, referrals, and follow-up to promote timely and seamless patient care.
· Participate in quality improvement initiatives, development of clinical workflows, staff education, and other departmental projects related to complex family planning and reproductive health.·

* What you will need:

* · Current RN license in the applicable state.
· Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
· Experience in women's health, family planning, or an obstetrics/gynecology clinical setting.
· Strong assessment, triage, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive patient interactions with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
