Your Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive Patient Care
    - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans for residents based on their health needs.
  • Administer Medications & Treatments
    - Provide medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team
    - Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Monitor Patient Health
    - Record and monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health status.
  • Provide Education
    - Educate patients and families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    - Document patient care, treatments, and any changes in condition according to facility policies.
  • Respond to Medical Emergencies
    - Handle any medical emergencies promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
  • Current RN or LPN License
    - Must be active and in good standing.
  • CPR & ACLS Certification.
  • Strong Clinical Assessment & Critical Thinking Skills.
  • Compassionate, Patient-Focused Care.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Team-Oriented Environment.
