Union Parts Counter Person

Our Large Auto Dealership is looking for a Parts Counterperson; this is a union position.

MONTHLY BONUSES AVAILABLE BASED ON PERFORMANCE AFTER 3 MONTHS OF SERVICE

• Customer Service: Greet, assist, and sell parts to retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale accounts (phone/in-person).
• Parts Management: Look up parts in electronic catalogs, manage inventory (stocking, receiving, returns), and handle special orders.
• Sales & Billing: Process sales, ensure correct billing for service orders, and meet sales goals.
• Communication: Update customers on order status and coordinate with shop foremen/service advisors.

• 1 year minimum experience in a parts department setting
• Needs to have the ability to work Tue-Thu 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-4:30pm
• CDK background is a plus
• General Motors’ experience is helpful
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
