Dick's Sporting Goods - : [Asset Protection / Security] As a Retail Loss Prevention Lead at Dick's Sporting Goods, you'll:
Serve primarily to mitigate and reduce losses through the deterrence of external theft and the execution of key operational programs;
Monitor customer and teammate traffic in the store for potential theft activity;
Complete detailed and accurate incident reports in LPMS for all recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity;
De-escalate incidents involving confrontation by Athletes exhibiting concerning behavior.
