• Oversee the performance of automated packaging lines and secondary equipment to ensure consistent throughput.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults in conveyors, case packers, sensors, and corrugation machinery.
• Analyze HMI fault logs to perform precise root-cause analysis rather than temporary fixes.
• Execute rapid response protocols to restore equipment functionality and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide technical insights regarding equipment health and operational efficiency.
• Maintain rigorous adherence to technical documentation and standard operating procedures during all repairs.

• Proven experience troubleshooting automated production or high-speed packaging machinery.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency in interpreting HMI fault codes to identify and rectify system errors.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis on industrial equipment.

• Direct experience maintaining conveyors, sensors, and case packing systems.
• Familiarity with Schneider Electric control interfaces or similar HMI platforms.
• Technical certification or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
