Pallets are queued, the cooler is humming, and your precision keeps production on track for a growing food manufacturer in Niles, IL. If you know high-bay racking like a second language and take pride in safe, accurate moves, this role was built for you.

What your day looks like Navigating a reach truck safely to move, store, and retrieve materials across the warehouse

Picking individual cases and full pallets with accuracy and care Loading and unloading product; staging and slotting inventory in assigned locations

Pitching in with warehouse and production needs to keep operations flowing

Following food safety and general warehouse safety procedures without compromise

Keeping aisles, equipment, and work areas clean and orderly

What you bring

At least 2 years of hands-on reach truck experience

Reliable attendance and a consistent work record

Comfort working in a cooler environment

Ability to lift and pick individual cases up to 50 lbs Sharp focus on safety and accuracy

Schedule and pay1st

Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Starting pay: $22.00 – $23.00 per hour

Pay frequency:
Weekly Full-time hours with a long-term opportunity
