• Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, and production variances to identify trends, cost‑saving opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, inventory analysis, standard costing, and financial reporting related to manufacturing operations.
• Partner closely with operations, production, and supply chain teams to evaluate manufacturing performance, improve efficiencies, and optimize cost structures.
• Support pricing strategy through profitability analysis, product costing, and margin evaluations to assist leadership with strategic decision‑making.
• Develop forecasts and assist with annual budgeting, providing detailed financial analysis and recommendations.
• Monitor inventory transactions, manufacturing variances, and cost allocations while ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and enhanced financial reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in margin analysis, variance reporting, standard costing, and inventory accounting.
• Experience supporting pricing analysis and pricing strategy initiatives.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and provide meaningful business insights.
• Experience collaborating with operations and manufacturing leadership to improve financial and operational performance.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to both finance and operational teams.
