About the Opportunity for a Senior Accountant:

• Join a collaborative finance team supporting critical accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliation functions

• Opportunity to take ownership of complex financial analysis, reporting, and month-end activities

• Play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and providing meaningful insights to business leadership

Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• Perform and review bank reconciliations by downloading data into Excel and validating information against internal reports

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial statements using Excel, including pivot tables and advanced data organization

• Apply a strong understanding of debits, credits, and account analysis to support accurate financial reporting

• Analyze financial data, perform detailed "tick and tie" procedures, and ensure consistency across multiple reporting sources

• Develop charts, dashboards, and executive-level reports, including exporting deliverables into PDF format for leadership review

• Assist with month-end close activities and support ongoing process improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant role:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Experience with bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and general ledger account analysis

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, data analysis, reporting, and data validation

• Ability to work with large datasets and independently identify and resolve discrepancies

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities

Salary:
$75,000 – $82,000 annually | 100% onsite
