In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls and emails, provide expert guidance on tire and wheel options, and accurately process and track wholesale orders. You’ll troubleshoot billing, delivery, and product issues while maintaining detailed customer records in our systems. Working closely with stores and distribution centers, you ensure timely, accurate service that prioritizes safety and customer satisfaction.
