HUTCHINSON develops, manufactures, and markets thermal and acoustic insulations and fire protection based on high-performance materials at its Chemillé site (49), targeting the aerospace and space sectors.

Your role will involve ensuring the company's commitments regarding the conformity of the products you are responsible for within the quality system, and coordinating the necessary improvement actions.

Your main duties include:

• Participating in the analysis of technical specifications and client requirements by drafting compliance matrices.
• Developing Industrial Validation Dossiers (Quality Plan, Project Management Plan, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, PPAP…).
• Ensuring the handling of internal non-conformities and customer complaints within your area of responsibility. You may be in direct contact with our clients.

Your profile should include a degree of BAC +4/5 in the field of quality, with at least 3 years of experience in this area within an industrial setting, ideally in the aerospace or automotive sectors. You should be proficient in quality procedures and continuous improvement tools. Recognized for your autonomy, ability to take a step back, rigor, and impartiality. Required skills include analytical and synthesis capabilities, writing skills, relationship skills, organization, and rigor.

Fluency in English is essential to carry out your various missions.
