To continue our growth, we are looking for an Engineering Design Office Intern for Pre-Projects for a duration of one year.
Your role:
You will participate in the company's diversification projects in support of the R&D teams in the Design & Engineering department. The topics are oriented towards new mobility (electrification, hydrogen, new materials …) and you will participate in the development of thermal and fire protection of the future.
Your main tasks:
Your tutor, Adrien, will entrust you with the following:
- Designing new parts, test benches, and tooling under CAD (CATIA V5)- Conducting bibliographic studies
- Integrating test prototypes
- Leading tests and modifications of test benches if necessary
- Performing modeling/simulation of the system and correlation with test results (COMSOL); proposals for improvement.
- Preparing the plan for maturity
- Ensuring project management
- Preparing technical documentation in French and English (synthesis reports, technical notes…)
Your profile:
You are joining at the start of a master's or engineering program, specialized in industrial product design. Good knowledge of mechanical design, mastery of English (TOEIC 750 minimum), and knowledge of CAD (preference for Catia V5) and Excel make you the ideal intern.
