$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS

We are seeking a dedicated & compassionate Part Time Registered Dietitian (24 hours per week – in person) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, critical thinking and a proactive approach to promoting the nutritional wellbeing of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Complete new admission nutrition assessments and developing individualized care plans
  • Conduct annual and significant change assessments to evaluate ongoing nutritional needs
  • Document and address weight changes through timely and comprehensive clinical notes
  • Perform accurate MDS coding and supporting care plan development with IDT
  • Provide high risk nutrition charting
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy and dietary staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Compensation

$27.85/hour – $35.85/hour
Including MI $0.85/hour wage pass through until 09.30.26

  • Current Registered Dietitian credential
  • Strong knowledge of long term care regulations & SOM compliance
  • Excellent communication, documentation & problem solving skills
  • Ability to lead and educate dietary teams to enhance quality of care
