C&S Machine is hiring a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to support production and deliver high-quality aerospace parts. In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
C&S offers a 2nd shift premium of $45 per shift/day.
What you’ll do:- Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving
- Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
- Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
- Track production and maintain basic records
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Experience operating CNC or similar machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role
- Team player with good communication
