** C&S Machine is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Machinist to support production and deliver high-quality aerospace parts.
** In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards.###
What you’ll do:
* Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving
* Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
* Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
* Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
* Track production and maintain basic records
* Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe###

* Experience operating CNC or similar machinery
* Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role
* Team player with good communication###

* Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
* Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
* Understanding of production procedures
* Commitment to health and safety practices, including proper use of protective gear
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Teamwork and communication skills
