Utility Workers (Manufacturing Support Role)
Utility Workers play a critical role in keeping production running smoothly. This is a hands-on position supporting multiple areas of the plant and a great entry point for long-term growth in manufacturing.
Pay & Shifts- Utility Worker: $17.28/hr
- 3rd Shift Premium: +$2.75/hr

Utility Workers support multiple departments, performing essential hands-on tasks that keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Grind, sand, paint, and clean materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with layout, drilling, and basic fitting tasks
- Conduct air and hydro pressure testing
- Support jacketing, topcoat, and shipping areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial labor preferred
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to read basic blueprints is a plus
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
- Physically capable of hands-on work
- Lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Stand, bend, and work in confined spaces throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around steel, heat, sharp edges, and chemicals
- Commitment to safe work practices and teamwork
