Our site

At the Chemillé site (49), HUTCHINSON develops, manufactures, and markets thermal and acoustic insulations and fire protection, based on high-performance materials for the aerospace sector.

To support our growth, we are recruiting line operators (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Your role

The workshop manager will entrust you with participating in the manufacturing of thermal or acoustic insulation products intended for the aerospace industry.

Your main duties

Independently on your coating machine, you will be required to prepare raw materials, manage production and changeovers, package your product, perform quality control operations. You will also ensure its proper functioning and carry out certain preventive maintenance operations.

Your manager and the team will support you during your onboarding. Training will be provided on your workstation as soon as you arrive to familiarize you with our products. You will also have a welcome interview with your manager to present all information related to the company's life (safety, company presentation, team, site, etc.).

You will be accompanied by a mentor and we will schedule internal training sessions tailored to your experience to gain autonomy on your workstation.

Your profile

You are patient, calm, attentive, and conscientious.

You know the industrial sector and have previous experience in line operation of coating.

Defined hours according to workload (team work 2
* 8 or fixed night shift team for 4 days/week)
