C&S Machine is hiring a 1st Shift CNC Machinist to support production and deliver high-quality aerospace parts.
In this role, you’ll be part of the team responsible for keeping machines running efficiently and ensuring parts meet quality standards.

• Set up, run, and monitor CNC machines to keep production moving
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality
• Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications
• Track production and maintain basic records
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

• Experience operating CNC or similar machinery
• Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to perform the physical tasks of the role
• Team player with good communication

• Previous experience as a machine operator preferred
• Working knowledge of high‑speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, etc.)
• Understanding of production procedures

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
