Multi-Axis CNC Turning Setup Specialist

As a Multi-Axis CNC Turning Setup Specialist, you’ll own set-ups and production on advanced CNC lathes and keep quality at the center of everything you do.

Compensation & Benefits $22–$31 per hour, plus shift pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You’ll DoSet up and run multi-axis CNC lathes for production and prototype work Adjust controls, tooling, offsets, and machine parameters to maintain quality and throughput

Load raw material and components into semi-automated equipment

Inspect first piece and in-process parts using precision instruments to verify specifications

Minimum Experience6+ months of CNC lathe machining experience, including the ability to perform part set-ups Hands-on experience machining precision metal components

Working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and first-piece inspection
