Job Opportunity
HUTCHINSON develops, manufactures, and markets thermal and acoustic insulations and fire protection based on high-performance materials at its Chemillé site (49). The company serves the aeronautical and space sectors.
Your RoleReporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure compliance with the company's commitments regarding the conformity of the products you are responsible for within the quality system, and coordinate the necessary improvement actions.
Your main duties include:
- Participating in the analysis of technical specifications and customer requirements by drafting compliance matrices.
- Developing Industrial Validation Dossiers (Quality Plan, project management plan, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, PPAP…).
- Ensuring the handling of internal non-conformities and customer complaints within your UAP. You may be in direct contact with our customers.
Graduated with a BAC +4/5 in the field of quality, you have at least 3 years of experience in this area within an industrial structure, ideally in the aeronautical or automotive sector. You are proficient in quality procedures and processes and continuous improvement tools. You are known for your autonomy, your ability to take a step back, your rigor, and your impartiality.
Required skills:
analytical and synthesis capabilities, writing skills, relationship skills, organization, and rigor. Fluency in English is essential to carry out your various missions.
