Maintenance Tech

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition and functionality of our facilities. This individual will perform various tasks related to repair, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of equipment and systems.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Certification or training in maintenance‑related fields is a plus.

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, electrical installations, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Assist in the setup of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed for larger projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.
