N&M’s team of skilled truck drivers, forklift operators, mechanics and office employees work together to provide a superior next‑day transportation service which positively affects our local economy.

N&M Transfer is searching for a Part‑time Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to work at our terminal in Niles, MI.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 2:30pm – 7:00pm

• Take calls from customers and enter pick‑up orders
• Trace shipments and verify deliveries
• Communicate with customers
• Dispatch and assist drivers in the region
• Maintain cost‑effective use of our equipment
• Complete daily reports as required
• Update and communicate freight consolidation

• Previous dispatching and/or customer service experience
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Data entry experience and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous office experience or knowledge of the transportation industry is helpful, but not required.

• Casual Office Environment
• Weekly Pay, starting at $17.50/hr
• Great hours, no weekends
