POSITION:

• Substitute Secretary

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or higher.
• Good interpersonal relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of basic office procedures and operation of common office equipment and machines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a secretarial position or position with comparable requirements and expectations.
• Skills in working with a variety of computer application programs, including Google and Microsoft Office products (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access).
• Ability to handle several tasks at one time.
• Successful BCII & FBI background checks.
