We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Operations Coordinator to support our company. This position is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and takes ownership of their work from start to finish.
The successful candidate will serve as a key operational partner, coordinating utility services, managing financial and administrative processes, and supporting critical business functions across multiple locations. This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, discretion, and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
In This Role, You Will- Coordinate utility activations, transfers, and deactivations for multiple company locations.
- Process and reconcile utility invoices while ensuring billing accuracy and timely payment.
- Manage purchase order creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Calculate, document, and process back charges.
- Support budget administration through data entry, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare, compile, and maintain operational reports and related documentation.
- Manage electronic records and filing systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues and streamline processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and cross‑functional teams as needed.

- Proven experience in an administrative, operations support, or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel preferred.
- Experience with Accounts Payable, invoice processing, and financial record management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional presence with a strong commitment to internal and external customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
