General Dentist – Niles, OH
A modern dental practice is seeking an experienced General Dentist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative and technology-driven environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical care, build lasting patient relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions and oral health concerns
- Provide preventive, restorative, and general dental procedures in accordance with established standards of care
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care strategies
- Monitor patient progress and provide follow-up care as needed
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and treatment documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient experiences
- Support team development and contribute to a positive and patient-focused practice culture
- Utilize clinical technology and evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality care
- Promote a comfortable and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient trust and satisfaction
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Current dental license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
- Previous experience as a General Dentist preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Experience with advanced dental procedures and modern dental technology preferred
