STEAM Instructor Trumbull County ESC

Position: STEAM Instructor -- Trumbull County ESC
POSITION:

* Trumbull County Educational Service Center is seeking an Instructor for its STEAM Powered Learning Program.

* The Instructor will work with students in grades 4-7 while they engage in each STEAM pathway.

LOCATION:

* Lordstown High School

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Plans and delivers daily STEAM lessons that emphasize hands-on learning, inquiry, and the engineering design process, developmentally appropriate for students in grades 47.

* Leads instructional modules within designated pathways, which may include Podcasting & Digital Media, Coding & Robotics, Entrepreneurship, and Career Discovery.

* Provides instruction and facilitation of software and or design programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Knowledge and experience in content area.

* Experience establishing/developing a trusting rapport with students.

* Ability to work as a team with students and other instructors.

* Successful BCI & FBI background checks.

* As needed, ability to work program dates:

* September 15, 16, 22, 23, 29, 30

* October 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28

* November 10, 11, 17, 18

* December 1, 2

* Evening Showcases December 1 & 2
