* Successful BCII & FBI background checks
* Experience writing IEPs/ETRs and collecting and analyzing student data
* Ability to develop and implement daily lesson plans consistent with students' individualized educational plan
* Demonstrate organizational skills and communication skills
* Be an effective communicator and motivator
* Possess strong leadership skills
* Be willing to carry out the duties of the job description.
