POSITION / DUTIES:
* Student Success & Behavioral Support Coordinator - Administrative Position
PURPOSE:
* To support improved student attendance and to provide direct behavioral support to students in grades K-12, to assist with daily student discipline through restorative practices for students in grades K5, and to remove barriers that impact student learning and school success.
SALARY:
* Commensurate with experience.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* Valid Ohio Administrative License.
* Minimum of five (5) years successful experience in an elementary school setting.
* Demonstrated experience with PBIS implementation and attendance intervention systems.
* Experience supporting student discipline and restorative practices preferred.
* Demonstrated experience with student documentation, behavioral records, attendance records, and intervention tracking systems.
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
* Record of strong personal attendance and dependability.
* A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment.
